Militime compared to Harvest
- Invoicing and payment collection, which is Harvest's long suit and which Militime doesn't ship yet — it's in build. Harvest also has a broader integration catalogue and expense tracking. If invoicing inside your time tracker is a requirement today, Harvest does it and we don't.
- Because of what happens before the invoice. If your work is sold as retainers, banks of hours or fixed-price engagements, Militime models those directly rather than approximating them with budgets — and it reports margin against cost of delivery, so you find out which clients pay while you can still act on it.
- Militime charges a full price for the first seat and a fraction of it for each additional seat, rather than the same amount per seat. The gap widens with every person you add — the pricing page calculator shows the comparison at your exact seat count using published list prices.
